We are proud to offer what we feel are the some of the finest restored scooters in the world.

Unlike many Asian restorations, Quality is our number one concern. We have a strict policy on training and standards, all our scooters are run in and undergo stringent quality control checks. We use the finest products and parts available- many things we import ourselves. We do not restore to a price- we restore to a standard! If you want cheap… look elsewhere! You can find cheaper!!! If you want quality that will last- we will be delighted to serve you.
 

Harrington classic has been formed from a passion. Nathan Redfearn 32, Company director came to Vietnam in 2003 training for ICI international on modern restoration and painting techniques. His background is car restoration both in the UK and America, restoring and dealing in mainly classic Porsche.

Nathan owes his existence to Lambrettas, back in the early 60s, when his mother Caroline was a young MOD- she cruised around Torquay on a blue and white series 2 Lambretta. One day she fell off her scooter- upon hearing the noise John a young design student came rushing out off his student accommodation - a caravan parked in a driveway. Upon checking Caroline was OK (by shaking her foot!) their eyes met, a date was made and a few years later they got married.

Ly Phan Dieu 37 also a Company director. In charge of recruitment, buying, organizing, importing, shipping, paperwork, deregistering, accounting. Born in Hanoi and trained as a classical violinist, and spent a few years in New York. Later, turning her hand to business with great success. Makes everything run like clockwork- Harrington groups own super woman!

In typical Vietnamese fashion, we have a number of workshops in various Locations in the city, We employ more than 60 staff. Providing a sound ethical working environment is important to us, and we value the relationship that exists between employers and staff, based on loyalty, trust and friendship. Vietnam is enjoying a fast developing economy – the days of war and struggle are (at last) a thing of the past, and the Vietnamese as a race are incredibly hard working and forward thinking, with an overwhelming willingness to learn and improve skills.

In return, we are able to give training – both in modern restoration techniques and, by popular demand, English language. We are strongly opposed to what we view as the abuse of these people by Westerners under sweat-shop conditions, often producing sub-standard goods. We pay a decent wage in return for a 100% superior quality product.
